The Commando Monument is a Category A listed monument situated just north of Spean Bridge in Lochaber, Scotland.  It is a large three figure bronze statue commemorating the service and sacrifice given by thousands of allied troops during the Second World War.  Each year, on Armistice Sunday, a memorial service is held around the monument, attended by veterans and their families, together with respectful locals and visitors.

     ·All tiles are supplied with a felt backing and picture hook. If you wish to incorporate the tile into a tiled wall soak it in hot soapy water for 20 minutes so that the backing can be removed

·Because each tile is hand crafted there will be slight variances from tile to tile

·Glazed surface cracks is a normal characteristic of this art form

·Not recommended for outdoor use
